1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, access to and use of ApexTuner, including the iOS/iPadOS and Android applications and any digital feature or entitlement purchased inside those applications.
By installing or using ApexTuner, or by purchasing a paid entitlement, you agree to these Terms and the ApexTuner Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase Premium and discontinue use of the app.
Where local law requires a parent or legal guardian to authorize a minor's use or purchase, that authorization is required.
2. Seller, developer and contact
The seller and operator of ApexTuner is The Spiritual Seek - Personality Test, located in Milan (Milano), Italy. ApexTuner is developed by Luke Garrison.

3. Licence and permitted use
ApexTuner is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained the app, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use ApexTuner on compatible devices that you own or control, except where applicable store usage rules expressly permit access by associated accounts or family members.
You may use ApexTuner only for lawful personal device-care, diagnostics, review, organization, automation and security-related purposes supported by the app. You may not:
- redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the application or paid entitlement;
- circumvent or falsify purchase, entitlement, permission, integrity or safety checks;
- use privileged Android capabilities to access, alter or interfere with devices, applications or data you are not authorized to control;
- reverse engineer, modify or derive source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove proprietary notices or use ApexTuner branding/assets to create a misleading or unauthorized competing product.
4. What ApexTuner does — and does not do
ApexTuner is a capability-aware device-care utility. It provides diagnostics, local analysis, review-oriented cleanup, Contacts duplicate review, platform settings guidance, optimization recommendations and supported network/security tools. Results and controls vary by platform, OS version, device/OEM behavior, permission state, account/provider behavior and user configuration.
ApexTuner does not guarantee a particular amount of storage recovered, battery-life improvement, network throughput, temperature reduction, performance increase, duplicate count or benchmark result. Recommendations and diagnostic results depend on the actual device, data set, network and OS behavior.
5. Cleanup, Contacts changes and user responsibility
Features that can remove, stage, compress, export, uninstall, alter, link or restrict user-selected content require the relevant user action, permission or operating-system confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing selected items before approving a destructive or account-synchronized operation.
ApexTuner is designed to reduce accidental loss: iOS file deletion uses recovery staging and change validation where applicable; Android uses platform confirmation/trash mechanisms where applicable; Contacts duplicate workflows do not auto-merge. The iOS Contacts merge can consolidate fields and delete duplicate contact records after confirmation, while Android links selected raw contacts through Contacts aggregation rules.
Cloud-synced files, Photos and Contacts can be propagated by iCloud, Google or another account/provider independently of ApexTuner. No software can guarantee recovery from every deletion, provider sync, device fault, OS bug, external-storage problem or privileged action. Maintain independent backups of important information.
6. Android optional and advanced capabilities
Certain Android features depend on access Android does not grant automatically, including Usage Access, Contacts, Notification Access, MediaProjection, local VPN consent, overlay/DND/Modify System Settings, and optional Shizuku or root. ApexTuner must not be treated as authorization to access third-party devices, accounts, data or systems.
Notification History is disabled by default and requires both ApexTuner's own opt-in and Android Notification Access; while active it stores the source app package, title, text and timestamp locally under a user-selected retention window. The local firewall uses Android's VPN framework only for selective on-device blocking; it is not a third-party VPN/anonymity service. MediaProjection recording is video-only in the reviewed build.
If you enable Shizuku/root or another advanced access method, understand and approve the requested capability. Such access can increase the consequences of an incorrect action. ApexTuner uses capability checks, typed/allow-listed operations and reversible workflows where designed, but OEM modifications and external privilege providers remain outside the developer's control.
7. Premium Lifetime purchase
ApexTuner does not use a hard-coded storefront price in the reviewed app builds. Apple App Store or Google Play supplies the localized price/currency and any applicable tax/store treatment at runtime. The price shown by the applicable store immediately before purchase confirmation is the controlling transaction price.
iOS / iPadOS
Premium Lifetime is one non-consumable in-app purchase through StoreKit 2. The reviewed iOS build contains no ApexTuner auto-renewable subscription. Access is granted only when a verified qualifying App Store entitlement is available to the app.
Android
Premium Lifetime is one one-time Google Play in-app product. The reviewed Android build contains no ApexTuner subscription product. A pending purchase does not unlock Premium until Google Play reports the transaction as purchased/completed.
8. Meaning of “Lifetime”
“Lifetime” means that the qualifying one-time entitlement does not expire merely because time passes and does not automatically renew. It is associated with the purchasing store account and remains subject to successful entitlement verification, applicable store rules, refund/revocation status and compatibility with supported versions of ApexTuner.
“Lifetime” does not promise that every device, operating-system version, third-party API, privileged capability or individual feature will remain available forever. Apple, Google, Android OEMs and operating-system updates can change or remove APIs, permissions, security models or distribution requirements. ApexTuner may adapt, replace or retire functionality when reasonably necessary for safety, legality, store compliance, compatibility or maintainability.
9. Store billing and payment processing
Digital purchases are processed by the store through which you buy them:
- Apple App Store for iOS/iPadOS transactions; and
- Google Play for Android transactions distributed through Google Play.
ApexTuner does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code. Payment authorization, taxes, currency conversion, account authentication and transaction processing are handled by Apple, Google and their payment partners under their own terms.
The app may read the store-provided entitlement/purchase state required to decide whether Premium features are available. The reviewed builds do not send StoreKit transaction data or Google Play purchase tokens to an ApexTuner-operated entitlement server.
10. Restore, account and cross-platform access
Purchase restoration/re-query checks qualifying transactions associated with the store account currently signed in on the device. It does not create a new purchase.
Apple and Google purchases are separate. ApexTuner currently has no cross-platform ApexTuner account or developer-operated entitlement server that converts an App Store purchase into a Google Play entitlement, or vice versa. A separate qualifying purchase can therefore be required on each store ecosystem if you use both.
Entitlements cannot be transferred to an unrelated store account by copying app data or backup files. Refunds, revocations, chargebacks or other authoritative store-status changes can remove paid access when the app next reconciles with the store.
11. Refunds, withdrawal and defective digital content
Refund eligibility and processing depend on the store used for the transaction, the purchaser's location, the type and status of the purchase, the reason for the request and mandatory consumer law.
For App Store transactions, refund requests and transaction remedies are administered under Apple's applicable Media Services/refund procedures. For Google Play transactions, Google provides its own refund request process and policies; in some circumstances Google may direct the purchaser to the developer after the store's initial refund window.
Where applicable consumer law provides rights for defective, unavailable or non-conforming digital content, those mandatory rights remain fully applicable. Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
If a Premium entitlement was paid for but remains unavailable, first use the in-app restore/re-query function while signed into the purchasing store account. If the issue persists, contact ApexTuner Support with your platform, app version and a description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or purchase tokens.
12. Third-party services and terms
Some features interact with operating-system or third-party services. Depending on the platform and feature, these include Apple App Store/StoreKit, Google Play Billing, Apple/Android Contacts and account synchronization, Apple Photos/iCloud-backed or Android document/media providers, user-chosen DNS/diagnostic destinations, Shizuku (if installed and authorized by you), and Cloudflare for optional user-started throughput tests on both platform versions.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using those services. ApexTuner is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, account restriction, policy/payment decision, cloud synchronization behavior, network logging or change in functionality.
13. Privacy and permissions
Your use of ApexTuner is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes local processing and histories, Contacts, Android opt-in Notification History, platform permissions, user-entered network diagnostics, Cloudflare throughput processing, store purchase data, support communications, retention and deletion.
Permissions and advanced access are feature-dependent. Refusing or revoking a permission can make the related feature unavailable without necessarily preventing unrelated parts of ApexTuner from working. ApexTuner cannot force the operating system to grant protected access or override device-management, parental-control, OEM/work-profile or provider restrictions; where the platform permits recovery, the app uses the approved permission or Settings flow.
14. Compatibility, updates and availability
The audited iOS/iPadOS build 138 has a deployment target of iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or later. The audited Android versionCode 109 has minSdk 26 (Android 8.0) and targets SDK 36; individual capabilities can require newer Android versions, compatible hardware, OEM/provider support, provider-advertised file write capabilities or extra user-granted access.
We may release updates, security fixes, compatibility changes, UI changes, algorithm improvements or feature modifications where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee compatibility with every historical/future device, beta OS, custom ROM, root configuration, document provider, network environment or manufacturer modification.
Store availability, OS policy/API changes or technical/security requirements may affect installation, re-download, entitlement verification or individual features.
15. Warranties and limitation of liability
ApexTuner is designed and tested as a device-care utility, but no software can be guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for every device configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexTuner is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, statutory conformity obligations, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability may lawfully be limited, the seller and developer are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from ordinary use of ApexTuner, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for reviewing potentially destructive or privileged actions before confirming them.
16. Intellectual property
ApexTuner, its source code, design, branding, interface, documentation, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership rights are transferred to you by installation or by a Premium purchase.
Third-party names, platform marks and system technologies remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to Apple, iOS, iPadOS, Android, Google Play, Cloudflare or other services does not imply sponsorship beyond the actual platform/service relationship.
17. Apple App Store terms
For the iOS/iPadOS version, your acquisition and use of ApexTuner is additionally subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store usage rules.
Unless ApexTuner is explicitly distributed with a separate custom EULA through App Store Connect, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to the licensed iOS/iPadOS application. These ApexTuner Terms supplement the store/license terms and are not intended to reduce rights or protections provided by Apple or mandatory law.
Apple is not responsible for ApexTuner's developer support services. Purchase, billing and refund handling by Apple remains subject to Apple's own applicable terms and procedures.
18. Google Play terms
For the Android version distributed through Google Play, the one-time ApexTuner Premium Lifetime purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and remains subject to Google's applicable Google Play terms, payment rules and refund policies.
The reviewed Android build does not contain an ApexTuner subscription product. Google Play remains responsible for the purchasing account's transaction history and store-side payment/refund controls.
19. Suspension and termination
Use of ApexTuner or access to particular functionality may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, entitlement abuse, security threats, unlawful use or material violation of these Terms. Any such action remains subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law and store rules.
Deleting ApexTuner from a device terminates local use but does not erase App Store/Google Play purchase history, undo changes already synchronized through Photos/Contacts/cloud providers, or delete user-created exports, recordings or backups stored outside the app's private storage.
20. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law that applies to them. Mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction, statutory guarantees, digital-content conformity, consumer remedies and dispute resolution remain unaffected.
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in law, store requirements, security, payment handling, platform APIs or ApexTuner functionality. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law. If a material change requires additional consent under applicable law or store rules, that consent will be requested where required.
